It is so often said, ‘I work by referral’.
It’s true for me and what does that really mean?
It means I do it with my friends
1. I often get to work with my friends, my friends friends and my friends friends friends. That makes a lot of friends and I feel lucky to have them! Working with the people closest to me is an honor and a privilege.
2. I’ve earned a good reputation from the people that know best, my clients and my friends. This is often one in the same.
3. I love that I get to really focus in on my clients. The ‘next sale’ and the ‘next client’ come from focusing on my people rather than chasing ‘leads’ . The source of my business is the folks I’m working with now so I take good care and stay present.
4. I don’t often have to deal with internet leads! A lot of agents build their business chasing down ‘clicks’. Working by referral is how my business works. Thank you friends/clients for making it happen!
I have so much appreciation for the old friends who have supported Nieka and I, and now, our little Ruby in this profession I love.
I have so much appreciation for the new friends I’ve met and made in this profession I love.
